The health and safety of our clients and staff is our highest priority. As an essential business, we have been open through the entire pandemic. Our company policy is to have any employee who has had close contact with someone with the COVID-19 virus to quarantine until they can provide us with a negative test result. Due to this policy we are left short staffed at times.

We are committed to providing the highest level of customer service possible, but delays can be unavoidable. We provide several ways for you to check your account and make payments. You may check your account and make payments online at www.sunwestescrow.com. We can also take payments via mail or over the phone. In person payments may be made in our lobby, our convenient drive thru or by placing your payment in our outdoor drop box, which is checked multiple times daily.

Your time is important to us. Our phone system ensures that no call is left on hold for more than five minutes. If you leave a voicemail, make sure you leave your name, account number, phone number or email address and the reason for your call. We return calls as quickly as possible.
